Meet Andi
I am a mother, a lifelong seeker, and a guide in the work of self-discovery. My journey has been one of deep exploration—through mind, body, and spirit. Over the past decade, I have studied and practiced meditation, yoga, somatic therapy, and shadow work, always with the intention of understanding myself more fully and stepping into my highest expression.
My teaching is an extension of this path—rooted in creative sequencing, purposeful flow, and deep intention. Every class is designed to move beyond the surface, using intelligent body mechanics to guide practitioners toward peak poses that feel earned and embodied. I try not to just teach movement; but to create experiences—where breath, energy, and alignment come together to tell a story. My sequences are intentional, not just in how they prepare the body but in how they mirror the deeper cycles of growth, effort, surrender, and expansion.
My path began in massage school, where anxiety attacks cracked me open, leading me to question, learn, and experience consciousness in new ways. That curiosity took me through books, teachers, initiations, travels, and a deep dive into spiritual practice. I immersed myself in yoga, energy work, meditation, breathwork, and ceremony—seeking wisdom from every tradition I could access. I studied at the Maharishi University of Management (now MIU), learned from spiritual leaders across disciplines, and even received a name from my guru: Jnanada.
But the deeper I went, the more I realized that spirituality, like any identity, can become another mask. Life called me to examine my shadows—the patterns, wounds, and unconscious choices that shaped my experiences. That journey led me to integrate everything I had learned with a deeper sense of self-awareness. Through somatic work, trauma healing, and embodied practice, I reclaimed my spirituality as something personal, raw, and real—rooted in both light and shadow, intuition and intellect, stillness and movement.
This integration is the heart of my teaching. My classes are a practice in presence, a ritual of breath and movement, and an invitation to explore the deeper layers of self. Whether it’s a challenging vinyasa flow, a meditative breathwork session, or deep somatic work, my goal is to create a space where you can meet yourself fully—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
The path of self-discovery is never linear, but when we embrace it with openness and courage, we move through life with greater clarity, depth, and freedom. I invite you to explore this journey with me.
